Erica is an RYT 200 vinyasa yoga teacher and completed her training with Michelle Fleming at the Sanctuary in Plymouth, MA. Through her own experiences with anxiety and depression, Erica discovered yoga's ability to cultivate compassion and acceptance towards one's self. She is a licensed clinical social worker and incorporates her love for yoga and mind-body practices in her career with healing and empowering others. She is passionate about using mindfulness and yoga as a vehicle for recognizing your true potential and releasing that which does not serve you. She hopes to offer a safe space in which others can discover their own practice through the
breath and mindful movement.
