Yoga and meditation have been a part of Michelle's life for over 15 years and have been her saving grace through many challenging life experiences. She uses her knowledge and growth to inspire her students to continue pushing forward, and believe in the strength and beauty of every moment and every breath of every day. Yoga inspires Michelle to meet each moment with mindfulness and to cultivate happiness and joy with whomever she meets.
Michelle is certified through many schools including Yoga For Life, a Kripalu inspired program, and Fluid Yoga with Kevin Gale. She is also a student of Mark Stephens, one of Northern California's most influential teachers. She lives life as a student first and is deeply grateful for the loving wisdom her teachers have shared with her. Through the teacher training program, Michelle hopes to inspire and educate those on the path of yoga to live their most authentic lives.
