Yoga and meditation has been a part of Michelle’s life for over 15 years, and has been the saving grace through more than one challenging life experience. She uses this knowledge and growth to inspire her students to keep pushing forward and to believe in the strength and beauty of every breath, and every moment of every day. Yoga inspires her to live each moment more mindfully and to cultivate happiness and joy with whomever she meets. Michelle is
certified through many schools, including Yoga For Life, a Kripalu inspired program, Fluid Yoga with Kevan Gale and is also a student of Mark Stephens, one of Northern California’s most influential teachers. She lives life as a student first and is so deeply grateful for the loving wisdom her teachers have shared with her. Through the teacher training program, Michelle hopes to inspire and educate those on the path of yoga to live their
most authentic lives.
