Sarah started teaching at innerglow yoga after completing her RYT 200 Hour Teacher Training with Michelle Itkowitz in June 2017. In addition to being a yoga instructor, Sarah is an avid runner and running coach with In Motion Training - a local women's running group. She started her yoga practice 3 years ago while training for her first marathon. She uses yoga with her running clients to improve flexibility, prevent injury, and to help her runners relax and breathe while running. As a yoga instructor, Sarah hopes that her students will learn to relax and be present on their mats. Her classes combine breathing techniques, gentle yoga poses that focus on increasing flexibility in hips, hamstrings and thighs, and guided meditation, creating a true mind, body, and spirit connection. Sarah feels she has a message to deliver, especially to other women about self care, self esteem, and self worth. She hopes to use her role as a running coach and yoga instructor to deliver that message.
