Sara first stepped onto her yoga mat in 2010 looking for a physical practice to complement running. Not knowing what to expect, she left her first yoga class feeling a sense of steadiness and ease which ignited the beginning of her yoga journey. Along the way, yoga has become a safe space to re-connect to her authentic self, manage stress and anxiety from the demands of everyday life, release and let go, and slow down and be present. Her practice has evolved from just a physical practice to yoga having a positive impact on her life both on and off the mat, allowing her to live a more meaningful and purposeful life.
Sara’s mission is to create a safe and inclusive space for students to get out of their heads and into their hearts, while honoring their body and individual needs. As a lifelong learner, Sara is committed to continuous growth as a yogi, teacher, and human, and is currently undergoing her 300-hour advanced yoga teacher training with Down Under School of Yoga. Off the mat, Sara enjoys running, traveling with her husband, and spending time in nature with her two pups. Sara offers studio classes, private sessions, online holistic health coaching, and more.
