Yoga and meditation have been a part of my life for over 25 years and has been the saving grace through many of life's challenging experiences. I use my knowledge and growth to inspire students to continue pushing forward, and believe in the strength and beauty of every moment and every breath of every day. Yoga inspires me to meet each moment with mindfulness and to cultivate happiness and joy with whomever I meet.
My studies in yoga and nutrition started over 30 years ago, when I became vegetarian and concerned with the humane treatment of animals. I dove into educating myself in many areas of wellness, including over 2000 hours of formal yoga teacher training as well as culinary school to adapt classical cooking to a healthier approach to eating. After graduate school and teaching health, family consumer science and physical education, I realized that my impact on changing the world was greater and opened innerglow yoga. The studios and school are my life's work. I teach public and private yoga classes, public and private cooking classes, one on one coaching to live your best life and continue to learn and grow from everyone I meet. I live life as a student first and am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers have shared. Let's grow together. |

Kirsten's first introduction to yoga was finding a stack of old books and manuals. The writings of Amrit Desai, Paramahansa Yogananda, and Ram Das offered her a glimpse into a system of practice that she deeply recognized. Home practice and self study brought her to a 200 hour foundational training with Diane Kovanda and Kind Yoga School in 2011. Currently, Kirsten studies Embodyoga with developer Patty Townsend, and is working towards her 500 hour certification under Patty's Guidance. Kirsten recently completed a 90 hour prenatal teacher training with Corrine Andrews, owner of Yoga Center Amherst and developer of Birthing Mama, an online program for prenatal yoga and wellness.
Kirsten attended Spa Tech Institute of Massage Therapy and is a 650 hour Licensed Massage Therapist as of March 2017. Through therapeutic touch, Kirsten's greatest wish is to give a tangible form to the practice of yoga. By communicating subtly through touch and differentiating different layers of tissue, her clients gain an embodied sense of their own anatomy and alignment. |

Saturday 12:00-1:00pm moderate flow Sunday 8:30-9:30am vinyasa flow at AutoCamp in Falmouth |
As an avid runner, Lynne Buscher took her first yoga class to improve her flexibility. She learned that yoga helped with so much more, including stress management. She decided to become certified, and under the tutelage of Sheryl Light and Michelle Itzkowitz, she attained the 200 hour RYS training through Yoga Alliance, and has been teaching yoga ever since. As a mother of two grown daughters, and a veteran teacher of the Falmouth Public Schools, she recognizes the necessity to create a balance in her own life, and to help others to work toward that balance. Her passion for teaching is inherent, and the reward for her is seeing the improvement in her pupils. Her family and her students serve as her inspiration to continue to persevere.
Her interests include: enjoying family at the beach, running along the beach, teaching yoga on the beach, and reading at the beach. Notice the theme? The ocean is important to her, and she is proud to call this beach community her home. Her favorite quote is: “Carpe Diem–Seize the Day” (Horace). Lynne’s classes are deemed “Moderate Flow,” but she differentiates, based upon each participant’s practice. |

After raising three children and growing her business in Central Massachusetts, Danielle moved to Cape Cod with her husband, marking the beginning of a new chapter. Her first yoga class at innerglow yoga shifted something inside of her. Danielle completed her first 200-hour training two years later. That incredible experience led to several more trainings, allowing Danielle to significantly expand her skill set. Danielle is now a Certified Yoga Therapist and Buddhist Meditation teacher and hold certificates Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Chair Yoga, and Pre/Postnatal Yoga.
Danielle is always eager to share the tools of yoga and meditation which have enabled her to move through her life more skillfully–with greater ease and clarity. Through the lens of these ancient, yet constantly evolving practices, Danielle’s classes emphasize the importance of supporting ourselves well physically and emotionally (both “on and off the mat”) though functional movement and alignment focused asana, coupled with ample space and time for self-introspection. |

Wednesday 11:00-12:00pm grace yoga
Betsy West developed an interest in yoga with the intention of finding balance and flexibility, stress reduction and improved breath control. After practicing for 12 years, she became a certified yoga instructor, through Cape Cod Yoga School. She works with others to help them find healing and balance through their own practice.
Due to scoliosis and spinal fusions, Betsy understands first-hand that each person comes to the mat with diverse abilities. Her hope is to create a grace filled space for students to explore their own healing practice. Betsy West is a native Floridian who moved to Falmouth in 2017. (yes, she moved north, while y’all are looking for ways to move south!) Betsy is the Church Music Director at Waquoit Congregational Church, and she sings with the Cape Cod Moonlighters Big Band, as well as with other local musicians. She’s married to Matt and has two grown and married children. |

I’m Sue Andersen, a yoga instructor who works with people that have experienced loss and are grieving through yoga and movement. Many who have heard of the benefits of yoga may be afraid to take the next step - but you don't need to be. All beginners welcome!
Through years of practice I found balance and peace as a student and joy as a teacher. Meditation, mindfulness and breath work are the foundational elements that connect the physical to the spiritual practice, and are key to my teaching style. I'm excited for everyone to experience these life changing benefits. Whether I'm guiding a vinyasa, yin or gentle yoga class, my goal is to help students find their own practice and to enjoy all the benefits yoga brings. |
